Fake Mirrors May Soon Ensnare Shoppers in Web of Lies

This article was a shocking article for me to read. The "Fake Mirrors" first really interested me to read this article. More and more I come to understand this mirror, I was becoming more fascnated by it. This mirror is a technology that no one ever saw before; it reflects your image that is smiling even though you aren't. The article said this improves one's happiness just by looking at this mirror. This false mirror is planned to be used at a mall. The shoppers will look at their own reflection looking better thinking that the clothes they wore made it happen, when it is actually the mirror that is doing the job.

I think this fake mirror thing is an ingenious invention to improve one's happiness; however, if it is used as way to get more money off of people, then I think it is unfair for the customers. This means that people are tricking customers to make more money by using the mirror. Unexpectedly, the author of this article agreed and approved of this situation. The author's point was that if you think it looks good then you should not care if other people think. This statement is very untrue and fictional because the mirrors are only at the mall and not anywhere else; the customers will only look good at the mall. The customers might not think that they look good when they go their own place with their own mirror.

The overall structure of this article was not apparent to me. It started off with a summary and evidences, experiments, in subsequent paragraphs. I could only deduce until this much and more was like I said not plain to me.

Wil Wheaton Says Discovery Channel Has “Betrayed Its Audience”

This was a very interesting article to read, since I was an rabid fan of the discovery channel. This article stated that the program on last Sunday about the sharks had false informations and evidences. The author seems to agree with what Wil Wheaton says and was very biased against the history channel. The article also gave a quote from the Wil Wheaton and severly criticized the history channel.

The structure of this article was from specific to general. First it starte off saying that one specific show about the sharks was wrong. Then, it said about how this was not the first time. The article said some of the other shows were false as well. Lastly, it talked about how other tv shows besides the history channel airs some false informations. It was very easy to perceive this point and the article was very easy to understand. It was also stated its main point of view very clearly.

Personally, I was very disappointed in history channel, if this were to be true. I always believed the history channel to be true about every information they provided. I really liked the article because it gave valuable information about history channel. However, I thought the article could have been better if there was another side of this story. I wished to hear what other people think of this article while I was reading. Another point of view, or even a contrasting view, would be very nice to complement this article to be perfect.
